Time for Relaxing!
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled spa service. This will allow time to relax and enjoy the facilities. We recommend that you shower prior to any spa treatment. Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, if you are more at ease wearing a bathing suit or undergarments, please do so. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on, to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Spa Etiquette
Spa guest must be at least 18 years old. Our guests come to escape, retreat and recharge. Please leave your electronic devices behind. We provide robes, slippers and locker-room amenities. Please remove all jewelry prior to arrival.
Gratuities
Gratuities of 10%-15% are customary, but they are also a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction. You may choose to leave gratuities in cash, charge them to your guestroom or credit card.
